結(jié)構(gòu)失效的一個(gè)常見原因是疲勞,其造成破壞與重復(fù)加載有關(guān)。疲勞通常分為兩類:
1)高周疲勞是當(dāng)載荷的循環(huán)(重復(fù))次數(shù)高(如1e4 -1e9)的情況下產(chǎn)生的。因此,應(yīng)力通常比材料的極限強(qiáng)度低。 應(yīng)力疲勞( Stress-based)用于高周疲勞。
2)低周疲勞是在循環(huán)次數(shù)相對(duì)較低時(shí)發(fā)生的。塑性變形常常伴隨低周疲勞,其闡明了短疲勞壽命。一般認(rèn)為應(yīng)變疲勞( strain-based)應(yīng)該用于低周疲勞計(jì)算。
在ANSYS Workbench結(jié)構(gòu)分析模塊的后處理中的疲勞計(jì)算工具可以完成高周疲勞和低周疲勞的計(jì)算。
更專業(yè)的疲勞分析可以采用ncode designlife。
