1.問(wèn)題描述
簡(jiǎn)單的氣筒吸氣過(guò)程的模擬,左邊開(kāi)口為氣筒進(jìn)氣口,右邊的運(yùn)動(dòng)邊界模擬活塞的運(yùn)動(dòng),運(yùn)動(dòng)速度為3m/s。

2.首先讀入網(wǎng)格,check&scale;因?yàn)橛袆?dòng)網(wǎng)格,所以該問(wèn)題必然為非穩(wěn)態(tài),故在general面板中將time中改為transient。

3.因?yàn)檫\(yùn)動(dòng)邊界的運(yùn)動(dòng)速度和方向需要在UDF中定義,所以讀入并編譯UDF文件。define-->user define-->function-->compiled

4.模型 材料等設(shè)定保持不變,將左邊開(kāi)的小口設(shè)為outflow邊界條件
5.在dynamic mesh模塊下選中dynamic mesh,在mesh method中選擇layering 以及remeshing,當(dāng)然通常為了省事,我通常一股腦全選,并保持默認(rèn)參數(shù)就行了,具體設(shè)置可參考user guide等。右邊的壁面設(shè)為事先用UDF定義的速度。在mesh option中將cell height設(shè)定為初始網(wǎng)格的大致高度,我這里大約為0.01m,所以設(shè)定為0.01。

6.求解,并監(jiān)視壓力云圖以及速度矢量場(chǎng)的變化。

7.求解結(jié)果,可以明顯的看到在入口附近有兩個(gè)對(duì)稱(chēng)的渦。
